Sea Cadets

Noun - A Group of cadets who effectivily don't exist, their squadrons are a fraction of a size as army/air cadet squadrons, and they speed promote level 3s so they can have NCOs, because everyone leaves when they realize they've joined a sea cadet program that transposes into a green-water-navy with aging submarines(Canada). At least it'll look good on their resume.

Jason : Yeah I came from Sea cadets
guy : why'd you leave?
Jason : there were only 8 people who showed up and the officers begged us to come.
