A Sneak Lemming is the only lemming from the pack smart enough to wait until all the other lemmings have jumped off the cliff and then change his/her mind.

Lemming

A large group of females who act, dress, and appear the same. When one wears uggs the other's do as well. They act like the lemming animal in the sense that they all follow each other and do everything the exact same.
