"yeet" is a word you use when you want to throw yourself into the trash. commonly used by pre/teens who want to be trendy. If you hear someone say "Yeet", just simply say "Ya" in return.

When you are trying to throw something very far(i.e. A football) but you get lazy while doing the throwing motion, causing you to not get the object anywhere close to the target.

Jake: Ay! Can you chuck the ball 50-60 yards deep?
Brad: Bish yeet*only get the ball 39 yards downfield*

2) To very rapidly run away from an entity that appears.

For a term in the DDR/PIU community, an instance for which an amateur player proceeds to arc their foot and beings stomping the arcade mat with their entire might, instead of the usual flat-footed posture that more experienced veterans utilize to conserve energy.

"Man, that guy playing that level 5 on Difficult is yeet stomping the fuck out of that mat. I almost feel bad for it."
