As in Chatrooms, when playing a certain game the person who is on the bottom of the chat list is the lowest biatch, and the person on the top is basically king/queen.

In Columbia, PA., the high school is located at the top of a hill. If students were to fight, they would use this phrase to define where they would like the exchange to be and at what time. Columbia students get out of class at 3:02pm.

Boy: "Hey do you want to fight?"

Boy1: "Bottom of the hill 3 oh 2."
