Verb: the action of activating one’s blinker as late as physically possible to make a right down onto a road to beat a car attempting to make a left turn onto the same road.

I saw a Subaru with its left turn signal on headed towards my road. I resort to Turn Baiting them because I have a feeling they are going to be an ignorant slow ass driver.
