Mr. Nefarious

someone who is evil, wicked, sneaky and all around shady. might have "evil powers" from an unknown source. do not mess with this person, they might put a hex on you!!

Brian, a.k.a., Mr. Nefarious proclaimed powers for good, but my suspicion is that they are evil.
