A term used to describe a pompadour style haircut, or something similar in style. Any haircut that looks like a budgie when it puffs up its head feathers.

Birds that originate from Australia.They are either green or blue in colour.Theyre not hunters but they do like to bite.
They either are smart or just the cutest little guys.
