This district contains such attractions as: AT&T Ballpark, Uiversity of California SF, Mission Bay, Mission Bay Community Church, Delancey Street Restaurant, Brickhouse Cafe and more. The area is a classic gentrified urban area. The Muni inbound is the J "Mission Bay."
