Being annoyed at everything and annoying at the same time. You can designate a person as an annoy-noy.

She is such an annoy-noy, always complaining about something.

Noying

Noying defines when a couple is in an argumentative state and when one of them gets frustrated they use the word noying to confuse the other partner.

Girlfriend: why did eat my ice cream you fat bitch.

Boyfriend: Noying me.
