term for a lazy bum that never finishes and/or gets started on something even though they say that they will.

"You're so Derpy! You never do anything!"

"What happened to that thing you were working on? Don't be Derpy, you gotta finish it."

"That's so Derpy of you. You were supposed to start on that ages ago!"
