a crappy person
someone who has wronged you
a fool
someone who does dumb things
a word to call somebody when ur in public and must refrain from saying words that are less socially acceptable

Douchebadge

A law enforcement individual that doesn't play by the rules and typically ends up injuring innocent people and stroking his own ego in the process while lying on the police report/sworn affidavit for the judge

The cop was so ignorant and his duties to uphold the law and treat the public with respect that he chose to be a douchebadge instead.
(In other words back to blue until it happens to you or back the blue until your black and blue!)
