"what is that, that guy is having" The (obviously new) waitress goes & disturbs the guy to ask... She comes back, kinda stuttering, not 100% sure about what she was just told. "That's BEAN TURD with mushroom sauce"... YES THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED...

A "little Shit", as in describing someones behavior. Small unflushed pieces of feces. Small round/oblong pieces of feces found in the bowl after a long period of sitting on the toilet.
