When two guy friends are talking to each other but in a way/ manner that suggests they are more than friends.

A feeling amongst a a group of dudes in a back room that arises when an otherwise unprovocative statement is manipulated into being about wieners.

After Neil’s last joke the Weiner tension in the room was throbbing.
