pulled a Hancock

This phrase originated when my daughter an I saw the movie Hancock starring Will Smith. The movie is progressing nicely, and inspiring great laughs, when all-of-a-sudden like, the movie goes sideways and there's Egyptian gods and dichotomous entities and other crazy crap.

Thus was coined, the phrase, "...pulled a Hancock"

Which essentially means that everything was great until the writers and/or directors went bat-crap-crazy and sent the story sideways into ludicrous land.

The point in the movie Hancock when Charlize Theron is suddenly some kind of Egyptian god bound to Hancock - this is the point when the story "pulled a Hancock" - and sends him flying out the house (flying as in flung, not of his own volition).

a meritless and fraudulent set(s)/repetitions of pronated pull-ups performed by exploiting the momentum gained through kipping cloaked as thoracic convulsions executed in an elliptical path on a standard, fixed, elevated, horizontal pull-up bar; it is erroneously promoted often by CrossFitters as a "functional movement"

Those CrossFit clowns love to claim that their CrossFit pull-ups are better for strength as a (purportedly) "functional" exercise when, in fact, it doesn't even measure true upper body strength since it relies on momentum - unlike a true or traditional pronated pull-up which is, when executed properly, a superior closed kinetic chain compound movement and a more appropriate indicator of upper body strength since the primary muscles involved (i.e., latissimus dorsi, trapezius, and biceps brachii) are forced to work (concentrically and eccentrically) WITHOUT utilizing momentum.

When you fuck up so bad that your friends turn on you and piss on and take a shit on your car. When you fail at the last second and lose the game. When you hit on your best friend's girlfriend/ex-girlfriend. When you spread rumors (even true ones) about your friends the the detriment of said friends. When you cock-block friends repeatedly at a high level at a party. When you are so filled with jealousy that you must copy the actions of former friends. When you wreck your friend's car and refuse to pay for the damages. When you are too much of a douche to comprehend. When you do any of these things you are pulling a DJ.

Pull a DJ: You and your friend (let's call him DJ) are at Lake Havasu in Arizona for a college Spring Break Party. DJ pusses out at ever turn. Instead of socializing he tans on the beach. He refuses to party. But worst of all he cock blocks you so hard that your penis boomerangs back into your body.
