Someone who dislikes a person not for the color of their skin, but for that individual's adherence to stereotypes about the relevant skin color.

Nu-racists don't hate all black people; but rather, black guys who actually have a TV tucked under their arm, with a grape drink in the other hand, riding a stolen bike away from the scene of the crime.

Semi-Racist

The difference between someone who only jokes of another race just to get a good laugh without having any negative feelings towards that race, and someone who insults another race because they harbor ill feelings towards them.

Oh, he says jokes about other races, but he is only a Semi-Racist.

Gameday Racist

Using casual stereotypical nomenclature to describe an event where drinking was involved; usually in a public setting.

One person is retelling a story about getting drunk on a gameday with friends, with all explitives and racist terms used then repeated now, while there is a hot chick who is of that race standing ten feet away from you.
You then point at them, laugh, and say "Gameday racist".
