Nielmail 

A Nielmail is an email from a manager that has no relevant information on it, it is probably sent to the wrong inbox.

Nielmails are essentially a way to kick the can down the road, and hope someone else will pick it up and deal with it.

Named after a Peckham Street Urchin made good.

I had to spend an hour sorting out that Nielmail, and it wasn't even for our department!

Cole is a great guy. Noelia is a wonderful girl. If a Cole happens to come across an Noelia in his life, he will immediately have a strong attraction to her. If a Noelia came across a Cole in her life, she may have mixed feelings and be attracted to him at the same time. She will know that Cole has a crush on her because he is not very well at hiding it. Cole will be to nervous to ask Noelia out, but eventually, he'll get his shit together and tell her the truth before it is too late. Cole will be too nervous to ask her out or to the school dance, but eventually, he will get his shit together and tell her the truth. They will care for each other, and it will feel so right. A Cole and Noelia would make an interesting couple and would relate on many things.
