A corrupt police department in king county at Washington state. These guy's get mad at you if you carry a lighter, knife, gun, or spray paint. They can also get mad if you shoplift or fight anyone. It's common for people around here to do that though, and these dummies don't even notice most of the time.

UTTP ALSO BECAME FANS OF GOANIMATE AND CONTINUED THIS UNTIL 2020 WHEN SHERBASE12 ''HACKED'' (JUST ASKED 9 YEAR OLDS THEIR GMAIL AND PASSWORD) MANY GACHA CHANNELS. THIS WAS CALLED OPERATION GACHAFALL. UTTP CONTINUED HARASSING AND DOXXING AND HACKING GACHA KIDS AND TOMMY PARKY RETURNED. UTTP DIED AGAIN AND WAS BROUGHT BACK BY ANIME SUCKS, ADMIRAL,GLEN, AND DEFENDER. Fandom Police

Outsiders who join a fandom/hobby with the sole purpose of policing the behavior of fans in said fandom/hobby and not because they enjoy the hobby themselves. They can commonly be seen trying to shame people for engaging in things that are normal for the fandom and aren't even offensive and harmful, in order to make them "normal" according to their standards. They often engage in brigading to bully people to be more "normal" according to their standards. They like to ragebait fans on purpose and play the victim when the fans get angry or call the fancops out for their behavior. They also like to attack the pre-existing fans by belittling them for their hobby. They also always appeal to triviality.
