Someone who is only racist for bandwagon purposes. A news story, tv show or *coughs halftime performance can bring them out of the woodwork. Black issue, white issue, it doesn’t matter, a Fair Weather Racist wants the attention and will degrade any and everyone they have to to be a part of the current social backlash. A coin racist is somebody who prefers a coin than another.

EX:
"Hey (name), do you want this penny or quarter"
"I'll take the quarter"
"You coin racist.."

That was an example of a coin racist. Here is another example:
"Hey (name), do you ant this penny or quarter"
"I'll take the penny"
"You coin racist.."

These are both good examples of coin racists.
