The act of constantly WINNING!
-or-
The act off constantly saying the word
"Winning" in any way, shape or form.
(Referring to Charlie Sheen's famous word "Winning")

When a large team/company makes a tweet or Instagram post that resembles a dedicated meme page, much like the recent work of the New Jersey Devils social media team.
Man 1: “Bro you see that Dorrito’s tweet about Harambe”
Man 2: “Yeah man didn’t think they could pull a Devils”

To "Pull A Stevie" is to submit an empty document that will be assessed for school, just so it seems like you have finished your work although it is empty. Then quickly un-submit and finish it within 35 minutes or less. Pulling a Stevie can be dangerous and should only be done with naive teachers.
Scenario: If you are a student and your school happens to use a google classroom system but you haven't actually started your assignment, you would submit your work so it says that you have finished, and un-submit fast and finish the work while you know the teacher isn't looking.

"I just pulled a Stevie and i haven't gotten caught"
"I haven't finished my assignment! should I pull a Stevie?"
"It's past the deadline! Do I need to pull a Stevie?
