Woo/wooh is commonly thrown into conversation among skeptics as a way to describe pseudo scientific or just "strange" spiritual beliefs/practices

Woo Woo Dream

The sound your bed mate makes when they are having a bad dream or nightmare. Typically, you make this woo woo sound in your sleep when you are being chased, harmed, or can’t do what is needed to get out of harm’s way.

My wife was saying Woo woo out loud in her sleep. I woke her up and told her you were having a woo woo dream. She replied that she was dreaming that she could not get away from someone chasing her.
