An acronym for "Talk To You During The Commercials." Used mainly over IM by those who are too addicted to certain T.V. shows to even attempt to multi-task.

Obviously means : Talk To You When You Wake Up

Commonly used at the end of a Skype conversation, specially when there is a 12h time difference (between Paris and Hawaii for example).
