Anyone over the age of 30 that still lives with their parents and sponges off everybody daily. Has no shame in scabbing through life and has no ambition to ever get a job or do anything for that matter. The highlight of a Putz's day is rubbing one out and waiting for the neighbour to get home to scab a ciggarette. A burden on the world
