Danganronpa is a visual novel—a type of dialogue-heavy, largely text-based adventure game popular in Japan. It’s about a group of students who think they’ve been invited to study at an elite school called Hope’s Peak Academy, but have in fact become unwitting pawns in a sinister, deadly game.

a game where some black and white bear named monokuma has some high schoolers in a killing game to inflict “dEsPaIr” or whatever. if you heard this from one of your friends, either stay as far away from them for as long as possible if you don’t want to see/play the game, or if you do want to see/play the game just spam them with the words “hope” and “despair”
