A phrase coined by Cristine of Simply Nailogical. Comes from the word "glossy gel top coat." When saying glossy top coat quickly it almost sounds like Glossy Taco. Plus its just more fun to say glossy taco.

1. Adding a top coat of nail polish to your dope holo nails

2. Can be applied to one's life. Adding some shine, some fun, some extra excitement or just plain holo glitter to everything you own. That's what it is to be a holosexual.
