Made famous by the 9 year old boy injured on a teeter-totter in a classic YouTube video when he continues to hold on to the handlebars after a failed attempt to launch him into the air by his High School-aged brother. He actually screams and says, "I want my momma!" but it sounds like "peanut butter oogula!"
