A person who refuses to join the game despite being an admin and being the second-highest staff member. This person is usually wasting their time watching anime and drawing, and will only be seen playing the game they're staff on about every 5 decades.

I haven't seen zaikawo on Sputtium Inc. 2 in 5 years.
