Person 1 "I feel like it would just feel so good"
Person 2 "What do you do after? walk around the streets looking like an aborted Teletubby"?

A person who accidentally, unconsciously, or subconsciously steals Bic© Lighters.
A Bictomaniac may steal zero to an infinite number of lighters.
The accidental thievery occurs at festivals, concerts, bars, house parties, smoking circles, etc.

Arriving home from the festival, Eva, who is not usually a bictomaniac, reached into her Back Back and discovered a multitude of colorful lighters. She felt terrible for her accidental theft.
