Pronounced "fub-wub" This acronym stands for Friends With Benefits Without Benefits. It is when friends are more than friends sexually, but not all the way. There are some benefits to the relationship, like cuddling and hand holding, maybe even kissing, but no sex of any sort. So there is benefits, but there is also no benefits.
