The fleshy, poochy, or jiggly layer of fat where a fit person's abdominal muscles would be.

Maybe if you worked out ever, or ate something other than gummy bears and rice pudding, you wouldn't have such saggy flabdominals.

Unfit guy: "Sup, I'm ripped and got a six pack"

Normal guy: "Yeah right, you've just got flabdominals"
