Noun, - pronounced "boo-t + grees". The greasy residue found between the cheeks of the buttocks that causes one's buttocks to itch, feel uncomfortable and/or become irritated. It is caused by a mixture of sweat and doodoo left after incomplete cleaning after a bowel movement.

My butt is itchin. I gotta go back to the bathroom and get this booty grease out.
