Not commonly used but is used as a verb. It can only be used when that person is arrogant and constantly agravates you.

I hate him he's arragates me so much!

Arrogate 

A surrogate of arrogance.

Someone who is not actually a person, but a being of pure arrogance, asshole-ness, and ignorance.

LeBron James, Lil' Wayne, Kanye West, Sarah Palin, and Jennifer Lopez are such arrogates.
