Not relating to Florida Gators or any mascot in general unless it is in fact, an alligator itself.
This saying refers to an act of enjoyment and expresses a feeling of happiness and pride in something.
An expressing term of enthusiasm.

Person 1: I just aced my math exam!

Person 2: Woo gators!

Person 1: I know right!

Person 1: How are you doing today?

Person 2: I'm feeling great today! Woo gators!
