A phrase that is used primarily by the uneducated to skip over the most important details of any given story. Unlike 'yadda yadda yadda', which is usually used to skip over the unimportant details, 'woo woo woo' skips over the most important parts.

"I met this fine female at the club, we chillin', sippin' on a little Hennessy, woo woo woo, I'm locked up on some bullshit rape charge."
