The person that sits in front of you in class that you use to text behind. Usually works well with fat kids that never get out of their seat.

"Hey you see John over there?. Yeah man, he is an excellent text blocker. I can text all period".

The process of getting blocked from some action with your girlfriend or boyfriend by a text sent to that person by a friend, family, etc.

Guy&Girl: *making out*

Girl: Opps I got a text, gimme a minute to reply.

Guy: *sighs*
Guy: *Whispers to himself* Dang, that guy/girl just Text Blocked me.
