Spartan Hole 

An orifice in the human body that has been expanded to extraordinary dimensions, usually after it has been summarily destroyed by a fierce smashing or train. Similar in appearance to the giant hole used to kick the Persians down in the movie "300".

Did you hear about that train the swim team ran on that single mother? By the time it was Gary's turn, he said it was a real Spartan Hole.
