Mel Yell

When you emit a noise similar to Mel Gibson in his drunken ranting phone call to his girlfriend. In particular, the yell preceded by a crescendo of breathing erupting into a primal scream of rage.

I was so mad I had to bust out a Mel Yell. Then I felt better.
