K'ang Ch'iao

An adjective describing a school or educational institution that was established purely for the purpose of making money; depicting a school or educational institution that is administratively corrupt. The original word comes from the Chinese "Kangqiao"（康桥）, as the name of a famous school.

That school is totally k'ang ch'iao.
