Apparently created by a veritable linguistic genius after hearing a bit of "village gossip" in a small rural English settlement.

Anyone who has admitted to or been convicted of taking indecent liberties with a minor who is in their own family.

When musician Jerry Lee Lewis married his cousins 13 yr. old daughter at the age of 27, he became an Incestophiliac.

Unlike the slang terms often used on platforms like Reddit (e.g., in subreddits like r/sibkisser), this term is intended to provide a formal, clinical-sounding label for the romanticization or active pursuit of incestuous relationships. A person who practices incestophilia is also known as an incestophilus.
