almost incoherent mumblings from far East telemarketers and tech. support personnel as they reach your voicemail and decide to hang up rather than leave a message. May also be a form of a localized, derogatory term for "the guy didn't answer his phone, I got his machine"

Most always captured on your voicemail, from an unknown number.

When I played my voicemails I heard "...funky tardo, funky tardo, <click>"

1.Someone who is entertaining to others only when being stupid or a tard

2. Someone who inflicts pain on themselves for the enjoyment of others

The party was going great until funkytard fell off the bar and split his head.
