Crotchability 

One who has an irresistible tendency to draw another to the crotchal region.
Sometimes referred to as 'the C Factor.'

"You are drawn to mine, and no one else seems to be. Does this diminish my crotchability?"

"You have an extreme crotchability. I can't seem to keep my hands off it."

"Alli defiantly has the C Factor going for her".
