A mini cigar used most often to roll weed up in. Cigarellos come in different flavors such as vanilla,grape,strawberry

A small type of cigar or cigarette, that is cut open, emptied of tobacco, and filled with marijuana to avoid suspicion.

Also referred to as a rello.
