A person who is the literal definition of hoe. They are always trying to take your boyfriend/girlfriend. They like anything with a heartbeat. They are crazy, very obsessive and a they will stalk you, you might even have to get a restraining order. They do weird things and tell the world about them. They can't keep secrets.
