Feels violence solves everything and talk with butchered English (Or ebonics), curse often, and drink, smoke, or do some sort of substances that will kill them early. They are the bottom of the barrel scumbags of the city and are slowly spreading into urban area's. This is trash that fouls up neighborhoods.
