Scumbagian: is a group of people who are born being scumbags as a gene they inherit from their parents because there family has generationaly been scumming it up for so long its now a birth defect.

Guy 1: Yo fuckin what's his name fucked me over the other day I swear everyone in this area ia like that, like whats up with that?

Guy 2: Oh that is because they are from the Scumbagian tribe.
Guy 1: WTF does that mean?
Guy 2: That is where the parents of those people and their parents and so on have been summing it up for so long that it became a DNA thing so it gets passed along genaration after genaration born to be scumbagian's.
