unbottle yourself 

If you're an uptight sort of person that needs an excuse to let loose a little and be a bit extroverted and have fun in a way that would normally embarrass you .. you need to "unbottle yourself".

Carlsberg has just laid claim to this term with their app campaign suggesting people "unbottle" themselves. It's targeted at Swede's in particular, being that they're uber conservative - trying to find the most 'courageous person' in Sweden.

at a karaoke bar with your mates - "Jimmy, you've got no balls, unbottle yourself and dedicate the next song to that hot blonde over there!"

at the work party, watching a colleague dance with an imaginary person on the dancefloor - "someones unbottled themselves .."
