When you have a hole in the crotch of your underwear and a corresponding hole in the crotch of your shorts so that when you sit down both balls fall out of both holes and get caught outside your shorts. When one ball falls out and get caught this is a Mississippi chicken chokehold.

I didn't realize my boxers and my shorts had a hole in them until I sat down and saw I had my balls in a Tennessee chicken chokehold.
