Pigeon Pouch 

Part of the older female anatomy. It is the flab of skin, above the vagina and below the belly button that hangs down, similar to saggy breasts. It usually symbolizes a female's premiscuous youth, though it doesn't necessarily mean they are still premiscuous. Amongst cougars, it is considered a badge of honor.
