Waiting until summer to flirt with, hook up with, or get involved with another. Called a summer slut because for the rest of the year you don't do anything like that. You wait until summer to start.

Jesse, that Australian guy, visits the United States each year between May and October to avoid winter in Australia, and then returns to Australia in November when it's summer again in the Southern Hemisphere. He's such a summer slut!
