Permayhaps 

A mixture of ‘perhaps’ and ‘mayhaps’. Used in situations where you need to one-up someone, usually after they say perhaps.
You: Maybe I will grab some cookies.
Friend: Perhaps.
You: Permayhaps.

permayhappenchance 

noun / adjective / adverb
A playful and elaborate fusion of "perhaps", "mayhaps", and "perchance", used to express uncertainty or possibility in a whimsically verbose manner. Often used to give an old-timey or humorous feel to modern conversations.
Example:
Person A: "Will you be at the party tonight?"
Person B: "Permayhappenchance, if the stars align and my Netflix binge doesn't ensnare me."
