I2P

The Invisible Internet Project (I2P) is an anonymous network layer that allows for censorship-resistant, peer to peer communication. Anonymous connections are achieved by encrypting the user's traffic, and sending it through a volunteer-run network of roughly 55,000 computers distributed around the world.

a: is there any anonymizing network besides Tor Network.
b: ofc, have you ever heard about I2P Network?? It's better than Tor.

"Invite 2 (to) party"

Used by people playing on an online console.
They will send "i2p" to another player through a message stating that they want to join their game but is only allowed if their invited.

Also reffered to people asking for an invitation to an xbox live party that is set so that people can't join w/o an invite.

A guy just got on his xbox and he sends a message his friend saying "i2p"

His friend replys "not now bitch I'm in a game. I'll invite you when I'm done."
